Sam's Farewell

One of my friends in school is moving to Australia!!

Everyone I care about is leaving! First, it was Gabriel, then Cruise, then Jerard... and now Samuel. Whyyy??

Sigh, as Chong said, its probably fate.

First and foremost, special thanks to Sarah and Julia for buying the cake and snacks.  And Sarah also worked hard to cut up the cake.

At first, I heard that Samuel didn't want a farewell party so we were kinda worried that he wouldn't like it. The party was supposed to be a surprise but somehow, Samuel found out. T____T Lol, and he was told to act surprised though (why are we like this haiya hahahah).

And it was one of the memorable times this year because almost all the 3AM1 classmates were there. We also wrote on a card to give to him and his face was priceless when he received it. The card had 1 Direction's face on it so of course he would love it because he LOVES 1 Direction. But it's not about 1D's face, because the words we wrote has sentimental value, wishing him luck and saying we miss him. It can't be easy to move to a different continent/country, having to make new friends and get used to the environment of Aussie's.

I wonder if it is harder to be the one leaving than to be the one left behind. Hmmm...

Anyways, when Samuel made a short speech, I almost (almost only!) cried! My eyes were watery but no tears came out. And with all of our friends in the same class only made it much more emotional. Thankfully, Hasyrul was being his usually funny self so my mood was lightened up.

After that, nothing much happened except a certain someone cried because she would miss Samuel (you know who you are!!) haha.

Towards the end, a few people made speeches.

Julia said that she would miss him eventhough he always teases her.

Chong's was a long one. Almost 5 minutes. He said that he saw Samuel the first time when we were 13 and he thought that Samuel was short. Then they were formally introduced when we were 14 and that was when they grew close (that was our cue to say awww).

Sarah said that she will definitely miss him and that HE SHOULD NOT BE INFLUENCED BY THE BAD THINGS.

Michelle said good luck to Samuel in his life in Australia.

Jessica was so lol. Saying that when she first saw Samuel, he was on his father's lap. Haha. And that when she first saw him, she thought he was stuck up. How wrong she was!

So....

Good luck Samuel!  I will definitely miss our jokes and do visit us if you can. When you do, we'll give you a great big hug! Haha. And I think that you are very lucky to get to live in Australia and that I'm very jelly of you.
